Course Summary

The course is for 2 to 3 months and is assessed within the workplace to ensure all the competencies are met. Regular review meetings will take place with an assessor and employer to support the achievement of the qualification. There are typically four days held in classroom and another two live observations at the venue where learners work.





With a focus on security and steward work, this UK course will teach and qualify you for the following:



 Prepare for spectator events

 Controlling the entry, exit and movement of people at spectator events

 Monitoring spectators and dealing with crowd problems

 Helping to manage conflict

 Contributing to the work of the team

 Dealing with accidents and emergencies
